ERCA is spearheaded by Dr. Debesh Roy, Chairman. He holds a Doctorate degree in Economics and has more than 35 years’ experience in the field of Economic Policy, Agriculture, Rural Finance, Livelihoods & Climate Change, which includes 32 years at National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). He was also engaged as a Senior Consultant with Integrated Research and Action for Development (IRADe). He is an Independent Consultant and has worked on assignments with NABCONS and NABARD.
